৪৬৭ ধারানুয়ায়ী, যদি কোনো ব্যক্তি মূল্যবান জামানত, উইল প্রভৃতি জাল করেন, তাহলে ১০ বছর পর্যন্ত কারাদণ্ডসহ অর্থদন্ডে দন্ডিত হেেবন। ১৯ ডিএলআর ৮৬২-এর মতে, ৪৬৭ ধারার অধীন দণ্ডনীয় অপরাধ এ রকম জালিয়াতিতে সহায়তার কারণেও হতে পারে।
