Morning Walk

Men walk at any time as per his necessity. But when a man walks in the morning for the benefit of his health, it is called “Morning walk”. It is a kind of physical exercise. It is regarded as light exercise. It is suitable for the4 old people, women and diabetic patients. There are a lot of benefits of morning walk. As morning walk is an exercise, it keeps our health sound and sound health makes the mind cheerful. It makes the body strong and active. Proper blood circulation, prevention from various diseases, power of digestion etc. depend on regular morning walk. Moreover, morning air is fresh and oxygenful and this air refreshes their body. There is no noise in the morning because motor vehicles do not begin to ply on the road in this time. So they can enjoy a calm atmosphere, the beauty of nature, the beauty of flowers, the chirping sound of birds etc. That is why a lot of diabetic patient of the town walk in the morning for an hour or more. So morning walk is very necessary for sound and disease less health. Those who get up early in the morning and walk in the morning get the real benefit of it. As I am a student, I need good health for studies so I get up very early in the morning for Morning Prayer and for morning walk. After Morning Prayer, I walk for 45 minutes.
